AJON AIKANA KIELLETTYÄ:

  • Autosta tai ikkunoista ulos nojaaminen tai roikkuminen

  • Istuminen hattuhyllyllä

  • Matkustaminen takaluukussa

  • Kuminpoltto

  • Häiritsevän musiikin soittaminen

  • Tarpeeton kiihdyttely

  • Roskien heittäminen autosta

  • Päihteiden nauttiminen

OHJEITA REITILLE:

  • Pysy reitillä, seuraa edellä ajavaa ja noudata ohjeita. Huomioi myös muu liikenne.

  • Paraatin liikkuessa pidä katseesi edellä olevaan ajoneuvoon.

  • Aja sopivan lähellä edellä ajavaa, mutta huomioi riittävä jarrutusmatka.

  • Ole erityisen tarkkaavainen jalankulkijoiden, pyöräilijöiden ja sähköpotkulautailijoiden suhteen – he voivat liikkua arvaamattomasti.

OHJEITA SENAATINTORILLE:

  • Pysäköidessäsi ota auton avaimet pois virtalukosta ja laita ne turvalliseen ja helposti saatavilla olevaan paikkaan.

  • Varmista, että irtotavarat ovat lukitussa tavaratilassa.

  • Vie omat roskasi pois paikalta.

  • Mikäli autosi vuotaa nesteitä (esim. öljyä tai polttoainetta), tuo mukanasi imeytysmatto tai pahvia ja aseta se autosi alle. Ota matto mukaasi poistuessasi.

  • Poistuminen Senaatintorilta tapahtuu tapahtuman päätyttyä liikenteenohjaajien ohjeiden mukaan.

  • Hätätilanteessa poistu alueelta kävellen järjestyksenvalvonnan ohjeistamaan suuntaan, ellei toisin ohjeisteta.

TURVALLISUUS ON ENSISIJAINEN PRIORITEETTI

Seuraavat turvallisuusohjeet koskevat kaikkia tapahtumaan osallistuvia ajoneuvoja ja kuljettajia:

  • Noudata viranomaisten ja liikenteenohjaajien ohjeita sekä yleisiä liikennesääntöjä. Letka-ajo on erityisjärjestelyin toteutettava tapahtuma, jossa yhteispeli on avainasemassa.

  • Ole tarkkaavainen ja seuraa ympärilläsi tapahtuvaa liikennettä. Vältä äkkinäisiä liikkeitä ja ohituksia, jotka voivat aiheuttaa vaaratilanteita.

  • Viesti selkeästi – käytä vilkkua ja osoita aikeesi muille kuljettajille ja liikenteessä liikkuville.

  • Varmista autosi kunto ennen tapahtumaa: tarkista vuodot, sähkölaitteet, renkaat, jarrut ja valot. Huolehdi myös, että polttoainetta on riittävästi. Jos autosi ylikuumenee herkästi, ota mukaan vettä jäähdytykseen.

  • Jos autoon tulee vika ajon aikana, siirry turvallisesti tien sivuun ja anna takana tulevien jatkaa matkaa.

  • Säilytä sopiva turvaväli – ei liian pieni törmäysvaaran vuoksi, mutta ei liian suuri, jotta letkaan ei pääse ulkopuolisia ajoneuvoja.

  • Huomioi yleisö – aja turvallisen etäisyyden päässä katsojista. Yleisön tervehtiminen vilkuttamalla on suositeltavaa, mutta muista keskittyä ajamiseen.

  • Jos sinulla on lemmikki mukana, huolehdi sen hyvinvoinnista. Ota mukaan vettä, ravintoa ja tarvittaessa kakkapusseja.

  • Kuuntele järjestäjien ohjeita – he toimivat kaikkien turvallisuuden hyväksi, ja heidän ohjeitaan on noudatettava tarkasti.

PROHIBITED DURING THE DRIVE:

  • Leaning or hanging out of the car or windows
  • Sitting on the rear parcel shelf
  • Riding in the trunk
  • Burnouts
  • Playing disturbing or excessively loud music
  • Unnecessary acceleration
  • Throwing trash from the vehicle
  • Consumption of alcohol or other intoxicating substances

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ROUTE:

Stay on the route, follow the vehicle in front of you, and obey all instructions. Also pay attention to other traffic.

While the parade is moving, keep your attention on the vehicle ahead.

Drive close enough to the vehicle in front of you, while maintaining a safe braking distance.

Be especially alert around pedestrians, cyclists, and electric scooter riders – they may move unpredictably.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENATE SQUARE:

When parking your vehicle, remove the keys from the ignition and place them in a safe and easily accessible location.

Make sure loose items are stored in a locked trunk or compartment.

Please take all your trash with you when leaving.

If your vehicle leaks fluids (such as oil or fuel), bring an absorbent mat or cardboard and place it underneath your vehicle. Please remove it when leaving.

Departure from Senate Square will take place after the event according to the instructions given by traffic controllers.

In an emergency, leave the area on foot in the direction instructed by security personnel, unless otherwise instructed.

SAFETY IS THE HIGHEST PRIORITY

The following safety instructions apply to all vehicles and drivers participating in the event:

Follow the instructions of authorities and traffic controllers as well as general traffic regulations. The convoy drive is a specially arranged event where cooperation between participants is essential.

Stay alert and observe the traffic around you. Avoid sudden movements and overtaking that could create dangerous situations.

Communicate clearly – use your turn signals and indicate your intentions to other drivers and road users.

Make sure your vehicle is in good condition before the event: check for leaks, electrical systems, tires, brakes, and lights. Also ensure you have enough fuel. If your vehicle tends to overheat, bring water for cooling.

If your vehicle breaks down during the drive, safely move to the side of the road and allow the vehicles behind you to continue.

Maintain an appropriate safety distance – not too close due to collision risk, but not too far apart so outside vehicles cannot enter the convoy.

Be mindful of spectators – drive at a safe distance from the audience. Waving to spectators is encouraged, but always keep your focus on driving.

If you bring a pet with you, make sure to take care of its well-being. Bring water, food, and waste bags if needed.

Listen carefully to the organizers' instructions – they are working for everyone's safety, and their instructions must be followed at all times.
